Post Office Lane is a multidisciplinary studio that looks to expand the meaning of publishing.
Their collaborative projects are focused around artist books, zines, printed editions and public works of all kinds, aiming to work with and provide a platform for young artists working across various media. With a practice rooted in their love for the DIY in publishing, our works always have an emphasis on tangibility.
Post Office Lane views books as experiential objects that are vessels for independent thought and dynamic storytelling, able to be explored and interpreted differently by all. Their works reflect this, with a particular focus on visual language often allowing for open-ended exploration.
Based in Melbourne/Naarm, Post Office Lane hope to primarily shine light on the breadth of local talent surrounding them; collaborating with artists, designers, photographers, writers and more to create unique physical experiences.
