Soft Stir

Soft Stir is an inclusive space to reflect, experiment and express, aiming to strengthen cultural and creative networks in the Australian community by providing the opportunity for cross-disciplinary creative expression and topical critique. Soft Stir do this in a number of ways. Soft Stir use our platform to support artists on our radar. Soft Stir collaborate, curate and host events. And primarily, we release an annual publication in print. Come Semi Permanent’s art book fair; Soft Stir will have Issue 02: Stories of Healing fresh off the press. Three-quarters of Soft Stir's core team are designers (the other; writing and editorial background) - and this rings clear with everything they touch. From their socials and website, to their events and publication, design and storytelling are at the core of everything Soft Stir do.
