In 2013, Roman started Fix & Fogg with his wife Andrea making peanut butter at nights in a Wellington lawn bowls club.
Fix & Fogg has grown to become one of New Zealand's largest spreads brands and exports to a number of countries including Australia, Singapore and the United States. Fix & Fogg is now on shelves in over 1000 supermarkets in the United States, inlcuding Whole Foods - the world's largest natural foods grocery chain.
